We operate on a gallery-standard 50/50 payment structure: The 50% Initial Deposit: Required upon conceptual approval to secure your position in our studio’s creation calendar and cover the procurement of rare mineral pigments and artisanal clay formulation. The 50% Remaining Balance: Only due upon completion. Before dispatch, we will provide you with high-resolution photographs and cinematic video close-ups of your finished artwork. Once you are completely satisfied with the rendering, the balance invoice will be issued, and your piece will be prepared for museum-grade shipping. Modifications to the overall composition and structure are fully welcomed during the initial sketch and blueprint phase. Once the layered mineral painting process begins on the clay tablet, structural changes cannot be made due to the permanent binding properties of our natural mediums. However, minor color adjustments can often be accommodated before the final protective patina sealing.
